Haffner’s is seeking a District Manager to provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience. Our District Manager is pivotal in implementing the company’s policies, procedures, and desire to provide outstanding customer satisfaction. Works closely with store employees to ensure the daily routine and responsibilities are completed in accordance with company policies.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong Communication skills to motivate others.

· Experience in Multi-unit supervision.

· Ability to train, develop and mentor Store personnel.

· Excellent project and process management skills. Ability to work on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize work to achieve corporate and personal goals.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Requirements

· This is a Salary position requiring a minimum of 45 hours per week.

· The Candidate must be available for a flexible schedule including some nights and weekends as the business dictates.

· The Candidate must have a clean driving record.

· A significant amount of travel between stores is required.
