Job Description - District Manager - Western Area

JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS-This position will be located in the Western Ohio Area and will require travel, Bonus eligible



TITLE:  District Manager


  


QUALIFICATIONS:


Must be 21 years of age.  Friendly and positive attitude, strong organizational and time management skills, service-oriented personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, efficient problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, great attention to detail, judgment, flexibility, commitment, and internal drive/motivation are necessary for success in this position. Demonstrated experience and/or skills at engaging elders in a therapeutically oriented activity.  Must be versed in written and oral communication.   Valid driver’s license required. Automobile insurance with minimum state liability amounts required. 



SUPERVISOR:   Executive Director/Delegated Representative



SUPERVISEE:    as decided by the Program Director or Executive Director



JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:


In charge of overseeing a team of Quality Moments case managers at multiple facilities, as they provide therapeutic behavior services. Duties included overseeing, developing, recruiting, training, scheduling, and monitoring Quality Moments staff at multiple locations, as well as evaluating existing and new staff to ensure that we are providing high levels of patient care. Creating goals and objectives for staff and making sure that all objectives are being met by all staff. Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action when needed. Manages the skilled nursing case management program across an entire region. Must be willing to travel within a specified region. Must reside in the State of Ohio and have multi-facility experience.
