A high-growth surgical MedTech company is redefining peripheral nerve surgery.

We are seeking a proven surgical medical device sales professional to build and grow a greenfield territory covering Houston, Austin & San Antonio.

Candidates must reside in Houston or the Greater Houston area.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of medical device sales with direct OR experience


• Proven success building a territory from the ground up


• Startup/early-commercial experience strongly preferred


• Track record of launching innovative or first-in-class technology and driving physician adoption


• Strong clinical selling skills and credibility with surgeons


• Experience navigating hospital systems and VAC approvals


• Consistent history of meeting or exceeding quota

Relevant backgrounds include peripheral nerve, plastics, hand, orthopedics/extremities, trauma, reconstructive and vascular surgery, as well as other complex surgical specialties in startup environments.

Compensation

$135K base | $285K OTE

Car and technology allowances, 6-month guarantee, 401(k), equity, and 100% company-paid medical, dental & vision for employee and family.
