About the Role The Company, a large producer and distributor of high-quality wines and spirits, is seeking a Division Vice President to lead the strategic and business performance of its East region, which includes several states in the US. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with at least 20 years of business experience, including a senior role in a Wine & Spirits or FMCG commercial setting. The role involves overseeing the development of distributor-oriented regional business plans, leading a team to execute the company strategy, and maintaining profitability and accountability of the P&L. The Division Vice President will also be responsible for driving key transformational initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and managing distributor relationships to deliver on targets.Candidates must have a minimum Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and possess strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. The role requires extensive travel and demands a leader with a growth mindset, consumer-centric approach, and a proven track record of delivering results through collaboration. The Division Vice President will be a key stakeholder on the commercial operating leadership team, representing the voice of the region and effectively managing the division's budget, forecasting, and pricing.
