About the Role The Division Vice President at The Company will play a pivotal role in leading the overarching divisional strategy and business performance for the designated region, which includes the West of the US. This executive will be responsible for setting regional strategies across all brands and channels, driving the execution of strategic imperatives, creating annual operating plans, and managing the P&L to deliver top-line and profit targets. The role involves leading transformational initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and maintaining the balance between Chains and non-Chains resourcing. The Division Vice President will also be a key stakeholder on the Commercial Operating Leadership Team, representing the voice of the area clusters, and will lead distributor management to drive high performance of The Company's portfolio of brands.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred) and at least 20 years of business experience, with a focus on Wine & Spirits or FMCG commercial roles. They must demonstrate strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of managing iconic brands and developing strategies from insight to execution. The role requires extensive travel and demands a leader with a growth mindset, consumer-centric approach, and the ability to foster trust and influence diverse team members. The Division Vice President will be expected to embody The Company's culture of conviviality, energy, and spirit, and to operate with a high level of ethical and legal compliance.
