About the Role
The Company is seeking a Divisional Vice President to serve as an annuity wholesaler in the independent financial advisor channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the company's annuity products through an assigned distribution network, which may include broker/dealers. This role involves working from a home office and traveling within a designated territory in eastern Pennsylvania to conduct office presentations, one-on-one meetings with registered representatives, and participating in various meetings and training sessions. The Divisional Vice President will be expected to maximize territory performance, increase sales, develop and implement a strategic territorial plan, and establish professional relationships both externally with clients and internally with wholesaling partners.Applicants must have a proven aptitude in financial services or related experience, with at least 3 years of successful outside sales experience managing a territory and meeting sales quotas. The role requires an adept public speaker with the necessary licenses, including FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, and a PA Life and Health license in good standing. The Divisional Vice President will be tasked with becoming a recognized product line and industry expert, developing a professional selling process, and maintaining deep ongoing relationships with each account.
