SUMMARY:
The Manager on Duty serves as the senior operational leader for their assigned shift and oversees all departments, team members, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient, compliant property-wide operations. This position provides immediate leadership support across the organization, addresses guest relations matters, authorizes complimentary items in accordance with established guidelines, and makes time-sensitive management decisions necessary to maintain service standards, operational continuity, safety, and regulatory compliance within the scope of their authority.
Direct Reports: All DCM team members on their assigned shifts except department heads and above

The team member is regularly exposed to the risk of radiation (from computers), as a great deal of the workday is spent working on spreadsheets or inputting data into the computer system.
Office, gaming floor, and convention center environment including flashing lights, frequent loud noises, and cigarette smoke. Extensive computer use. Must handle hazardous materials. Must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any hours and/or shift, as assigned, according to business needs. Occasionally must deal with angry or hostile individuals. High volume direct public contact.

All casino employees are responsible for ensuring that their designated operations are in compliance with casino policies, MICS, ICS, Standard Operating Procedures, Tribal-State Compact, and Tribal Gaming Regulations.
Conditions of employment with the casino include passing a pre-employment drug test, a background investigation to secure a gaming license, and completing a 90-day introductory period. Candidates for this position will be required to have dependable transportation available to them. Must also maintain a valid Driver's License and be insurable on our company's policy throughout your time of employment with the casino.
