Job Description - DME and Pharmacy processor

We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representatives that will provide support to daily operations, including DME technicians. As a Customer Service Representative and data entry processor your job will require the following:

Process and type intake orders

Bill DME/pharmacy items to clients

Answer phone calls regarding delivery, pick up or service calls

Prepare and route maps for drivers

Follow up with patients about scheduling deliveries

Coordinate with pharmacy department about deliveries.

Pay: $18.00- $20.00 per hour
