We are looking for a Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to support our growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations. This is a junior, hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and excited to work in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. This role is fully on-site and involves end-to-end order fulfillment, equipment handling, kitting, installation preparation, and inventory monitoring to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Pick, pack, and ship DME orders accurately and on time
Prepare equipment kits based on defined configurations and clinical requirements
Coordinate outgoing shipments and track deliveries
Receive incoming equipment, accessories, and supplies
Inspect equipment for accuracy and condition upon arrival
Log received items into inventory systems
Assemble and kit devices, peripherals, and accessories
Install and configure equipment according to internal procedures
Ensure devices are ready for deployment to patients or clinics
Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
Maintain accurate inventory records
Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
Follow SOPs, quality standards, and basic healthcare compliance guidelines
Collaborate with operations, clinical, and customer support teams
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Comfortable working with technology, hardware, and software systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to follow processes and checklists accurately
Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
Preferred / Nice to Have:
Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or DME environments
Experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or operations roles
Basic inventory management or ERP system experience
Understanding of HIPAA or healthcare compliance
