Job Description - DME Fulfillment Associate


About the Role

We are looking for a Logistics & Fulfillment Associate to support our growing Durable Medical Equipment (DME) operations. This is a junior, hands-on role ideal for someone who is highly organized, comfortable with technology, and excited to work in a fast-growing healthcare technology environment.
This role is fully on-site and involves end-to-end order fulfillment, equipment handling, kitting, installation preparation, and inventory monitoring to ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship DME orders accurately and on time
  • Prepare equipment kits based on defined configurations and clinical requirements
  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and track deliveries
  • Receive incoming equipment, accessories, and supplies
  • Inspect equipment for accuracy and condition upon arrival
  • Log received items into inventory systems
  • Assemble and kit devices, peripherals, and accessories
  • Install and configure equipment according to internal procedures
  • Ensure devices are ready for deployment to patients or clinics
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag low-stock items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Assist with periodic inventory counts and audits
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
  • Follow SOPs, quality standards, and basic healthcare compliance guidelines
  • Collaborate with operations, clinical, and customer support teams

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Comfortable working with technology, hardware, and software systems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow processes and checklists accurately
  • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
  • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  1. Preferred / Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with healthcare, medical devices, or DME environments
  • Experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehouse, or operations roles
  • Basic inventory management or ERP system experience
  • Understanding of HIPAA or healthcare compliance
