DME Logistics Scheduler

Description

DME Company based in NC is seeking an individual to work full time as a Logistics Scheduler in our Concord, NC Corporate Office. This position involves scheduling the delivery and pick up of home medical equipment, as well as handling equipment troubleshooting and/or service calls.

Requirements

SKILLS NEEDED:

• Coordinate delivery of medical equipment at patients’ homes, hospitals, or other clinical environments, as necessary.
• Perform patient follow-up, via telephone, as necessary.
• Update any patient information in the Brightree system, as needed.
• Other duties as deemed necessary by Supervisor. 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Attention to paperwork detail.
• Organized self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
• Computer literacy; Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent customer service skills.
