Job Description - DNGE Director of Training


  1. Develop and implement Tribal Gaming training programs and schedules.

  2. Facilitate in person and virtual training sessions based on the organization’s needs.

  3. Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit different audiences, ensuring engagement and retention knowledge.

  4. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including venue booking, equipment setup and participant communication.

  5. Create and update training materials, presentations and handouts.

  6. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.

  7. Collect and analyze feedback from training participants to assess program effectiveness.

  8. Prepare reports on training outcomes and participant performance.

  9. Stay current with Tribal Gaming industry trends, best practices and innovations in training and development.

  10. Continuously improve training delivery methods and content to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

  11. Oversees onboarding and training platform and procedures in UKG for DNGE
