Dock 17 - Dishwasher

Dock 17, a vibrant restaurant nestled in the heart of Clarksville, TN, is celebrated for its fresh, inventive dishes and inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our exceptional culinary team. This role is a vital part of ensuring our kitchen operations run smoothly, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Ensure clean dishes, pots, pans, and flatware are always available.


• Clear the dish window and store clean dishes appropriately.


• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and appliances, such as coffee makers, pots, pans, mixers, etc.


• Clean the dishwasher and triple sink at the end of the night.


• Sweep and mop floors, ensuring a safe and clean workspace at all times (especially if items are broken or spilled).


• Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans.


• Assist with unloading delivery trucks and restocking items.


• Support your team, and other restaurant staff members, with other tasks as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.


• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
  

• Ability to stand or walk for 8-hour shifts and lift at least 20 pounds.


• Commitment to following food safety and sanitation procedures.


• Must be at least 18 years or older

Job Type: Part-Time

Open Availability Preferred- Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, and Nights

Weekends required

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, dependent upon experience
