Description of the role

As a Marina Dockhand at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations at the marina. This role involves ensuring the safety and security of boats and assisting both guests and members with their boating needs.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the marina area


• Assisting with docking and undocking of boats


• Providing exceptional customer service to guests and members


• Ensuring the safety and security of boats and equipment


• Other reasonable duties as requested

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a marina environment is required


• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions


• ability to lift, push, pull, carry, 50 lbs
