Responsibilities:

  Greet and assist customers with boat rentals and marina services.

  Complete boat rental agreements and process applicable fees.

  
  


• 
  

  Explain safe watercraft operation and ensure guests have appropriate life jackets.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist customers as rental boats return to the marina.

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect, clean, refuel, and secure rental boats.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain clean, safe, and organized docks, boats, equipment, and marina facilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with retail merchandise, customer inquiries, and daily operational records.

  
  


• 
  

  Report maintenance needs, safety concerns, and customer issues to management.

  
  

Qualifications:

  Strong customer service and communication skills.

  Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with the public.

  Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  Ability to safely enter and exit docked watercraft.

  Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak visitation periods.
