Full Time Doctor's Assistant/Front Desk- $20/hour Pearle Vision is currently seeking a Motivated, Reliable, Customer/Patient focused individual to join our team. We are a busy retail/medical office dedicated to providing excellent patient care and outstanding customer service, and we are looking for the right individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with people.  This role will involve assisting the doctor with patient flow as well as supporting the front desk operations on an everyday basis. This ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with patients, and helping maintain a positive experience for everyone who visits our location.

Responsibilities:

* Assisting the optometrist with performing preliminary testing for eye exams.

• Checking all insurance plans for eligibility


• Greeting Patients and providing a welcome environment


•  Answering phones and assisting with appointment scheduling.


• Assisting with virtual eye exams

The right individual will be trained for this position, must have a friendly, professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task and stay organized, reliable with strong work ethics and attention to detail, comfortable working with computers, prior experience in customer service, retail, medical settings or optical preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate.
