Document Center Representative

Description

The Document Center Representative is responsible for maintaining and operating document imaging and reproduction equipment. This role will be tasked with managing multiple tasks simultaneously with minimum supervision.

Hours: 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Assist in completing customer print jobs including printing, copying, and scanning
• Assist with projects for the Document Solutions Center and the Document Conversion Center by scanning, indexing, and validating document images
• Maintain a high level of customer service when interacting with all VAF customers
• Maintain strict confidentiality for all VAF and client information and procedures
• Assist with the moving and transportation of objects such as banker’s box and/or filing cabinets
• Communicate all issues or concerns to management or other authorized personnel and responds as directed
• Monitor quality control and timeliness of job completion, reports performance metrics if applicable
• Scanning, indexing, retrieval, managing mail, binding materials, generating copies, archiving files
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of work

What You'll Bring to the Role

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years prior copy/mail/clerical work experience
• Prior work experience using technology to complete tasks
• Copier/print production experience, preferred
• Litigation copying experience is a plus
• Intermediate computer knowledge and skills
