Основні завдання

• Організація приймання, обліку та зберігання документів підприємства.

• Забезпечення правильного ведення електронного реєстру.

• Контроль формування справ за номенклатурою та дотримання термінів зберігання.

• Координація передачі документів між структурними підрозділами та архівом.

Функціональні обов’язки

• Приймання справ від структурних підрозділів і перевірка їх на відповідність номенклатурі.

• Внесення інформації про справи в програму обліку архівних документів.

• Формування описів справ (постійного, тривалого та тимчасового зберігання) у програмі.

• Організація систематизації та розміщення справ у фізичному архіві підприємства.

• Контроль дотримання встановлених термінів зберігання та своєчасне знищення або передачу документів.

• Підтримка актуальності реєстрів у програмі, забезпечення наявності повних даних для пошуку та видачі документів.

• Підготовка документи до знищення або передачі у державний архів, формування відповідних актів

• Забезпечення конфіденційності та контролю доступу до архівів.

Вимоги

• Вища або середня спеціальна освіта,
• Українська мова - вільне володіння.
• Знання основ архівної справи та/або діловодства буде перевагою.
• Досвід роботи з документами та програмним забезпеченням обліку буде перевагою.
• Володіння Англійською мовою буде перевагою.
