Key Duties & Responsibilities
- System Management: Oversee the electronic document (Google Drive) system to organize, archive, and distribute documentation.
- Version Control: Enforce the standards in Last Energy's "Document and Records Control" procedure, including naming, storage, and technical sign-offs.
- File Distribution: Manage the official transfer of documents between internal teams, manufacturing partners, and external consultants.
- Quality Assurance: Check incoming files for accuracy and complete formatting to keep master registries audit-ready.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of document control experience within a technical field, such as engineering, construction, or manufacturing.
- High proficiency with digital file management software and advanced spreadsheets.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills to handle fast-moving projects.
