Job Description - Document Imaging Administrator Specialist
Description Prepare physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation procedure.
Scanning of documents at production scan station for electronic retrieval and retention purposes.
Quality check completed scanned documents prior to indexing.
Highlight any issues to I.T. Document Imaging Administrator for resolution.
Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures where applicable.
Leave work area clean, neat, and organized at the end of each shift.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each competency satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken English.
Excellent organizational skills.
Computer literate with fundamental keyboarding skills and Demonstrate proficiency in computerized business applications, including but not limited, to the primary applications included with Microsoft Office.
