The Role We're looking for a motivated Document Processor Supervisor to lead a high-performing team at the heart of our operations. If you love bringing order to complexity, developing people, and driving continuous improvement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Supervise and support frontline employees for the Document Processing Team
Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and one-on-ones
Monitor attendance, scheduling, and workload distribution
Motivate team members to achieve individual and team goals
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new employees
Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment
Document Processing Operations
Provide direction and guidance to team members when needed to ensure promptly and efficient handling of requests.
Continuously evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency.
Performance Monitoring
Track team KPIs and operational metrics
Review processing queues, response times, and productivity reports
Identify process improvement opportunities
Provide actionable feedback and coaching based on performance data to front line employees
Prepare reports for management on team performance and trends
Process & Compliance
Ensure adherence to company policies, security standards, and SOPs
Maintain accurate documentation and workflows
Support implementation of new tools, systems, and procedures
Promote continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring

Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1–2 years of relevant work experience
