What will you do?
Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment? AutoBidMaster is looking for a Documentation Clerk to join our Documentation team! In this role, you'll handle vehicle titles and paperwork with precision, ensuring everything is processed correctly and on time.
You'll work closely with customers, auction support teams, and logistics to manage title inquiries and provide top-tier support. A strong understanding of state-specific vehicle registration and title laws is a plus, but we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.
This position requires a sharp eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and confident communication—you’ll be helping customers navigate their title process while ensuring compliance with regulations. As one of the first points of contact for our members, professionalism and a customer-focused approach are key.
