DOD Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent

DOD Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent position in Salt Lake City, UT

We are hiring for a Senior Construction Project Manager / Superintendent with DOD experience.  This is a permanent, full-time position with benefits and requires travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage one or multiple large Department of Defense Construction projects with Project Values up to 30 million


• Manage schedule, budgets, change-orders, submit RFI’s


• Build and maintain relationship with Navy, Air Force and other DOD divisions


• Make sure projects are completed on-time and under budget


• Communicate with Sub-contractors, Vendors and Internal Estimating and Management team

Requirements:

• Prior DOD Construction Project experience


• 5+ years of large Construction Project Management experience


• 5+ years of QC, Safety and Superintendent experience


• 10+ years of Construction experience, including prior field experience
