Are you an active-duty service member within 180 days of separation? Ready to jump-start your civilian career in the automotive industry? What We’re Looking For:

• Active-duty military, within 180 days of separation


• Command approval & expecting honorable discharge


• Drug-free & able to pass a background check


• Strong attention to detail, team mindset, and a willingness to learn


• Automotive/diesel experience is a plus (not required!)

• Diagnose and repair vehicles


• Follow manufacturer guidelines


• Maintain clean, safe workspace


• Commence Manufacturer Certifications at your assigned dealership

DEALERSHIP OPS TRACK:

• Learn areas like: Customer service, Sales, Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, Logistics, and more!


• Work side-by-side with experienced professionals

COLLISION REPAIR TRACK:

• Learn bodywork basics


• Support certified techs


• Inspect, repair, and prep vehicles


• Understand compliance & safety standards


• Commence Manufacturer/I-CAR Certifications at your assigned Collision Repair Center
