Hours: The hours are from 8:30am-5:30pm EST Monday-Friday with an hour lunch

Position Summary

We are currently seeking DOE fulfillment clerk positions based in our Port Washington, NY Headquarters.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment

• Ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped

• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms with material handling equipment

• Repack and weigh any orders that require such handling when necessary

• Report quality variances

• Use barcode scanning equipment to maintain computerized stock inventory

• Wrap and secure loads prior to shipment

• Restock piece room with required product for repacks

• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area

• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety

• Perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with working in industrial/warehousing environment

Experience providing administrative support in a corporate environment

Demonstrate proficiency to assess priorities and manage a variety of activities.

Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail and quality with strong focus on teamwork

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Excellent interpersonal skills required

Demonstrate maturity and judgment

Able to lift 50+ pounds

Must have a car

-$18-20/hr.
