What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing direct care and leading play groups of small groups of 10 to 15 dogs and maintaining a safe and engaging environment.


• Communicates any concerns (health, behavior, safety) to leadership.
  


• Checking pets in/out and updating pet parents with genuine, helpful communication.
  


• Keeping the daycare facility clean– just as important as engaging with the pups.

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Open Availability – Monday through Friday, daycare hours are 6:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  


• Reliable & Responsible – Pets depend on us, and we need to depend on you.


• Observant – You notice when something’s off with a pup.
  


• Physically Capable – Able to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet, and work in all weather.


• Patient & Kind – Especially with pets who need a little extra TLC or guidance.
  


• Team-First – We lift each other up and have each other’s backs.
  

Perks & Pay:

• Starting Pay: $15-16/hour DOE


• Pay Increases:
  
  
  
  • +$0.25 after Pet CPR/First Aid Certification (within your first 90 days)
  
  
  • +$0.25 at the end of your 90-day evaluation period
  
  
  • +$0.50 potential performance-based increase within your first 6 months
  
  
  
  


• Tips: Average $0.25 per hour – not including cash tips.
