Four-Legged Fun Zone in Everett, WA is seeking an experienced Dog Daycare Wrangler Level 2 whose expertise in assembling safe, balanced playgroups earns them top-dollar pay. This is not an entry-level role — we’re looking for a proven professional who can independently assess dog personalities, assign them to the right groups, and confidently manage off-leash play for maximum safety, client satisfaction, and earning potential.

Compensation Structure

1. Base pay: $20/hour
2. Daily bonus: $2.50/dog/day for 6–10 dogs, $5/dog/day for 11+ dogs

• Examples:
• 6 dogs = $21.25/hour
• 10 dogs = $23.13/hour
• 15 dogs = $29.38/hour

Responsibilities

• Independently lead safe, structured off-leash playgroups (small, medium, or large dogs).
• Assess dog personalities and assign dogs to appropriate groups for safety, balance, and client satisfaction.
• Monitor body language, manage energy levels, and prevent conflicts before they start.
• Incorporate enrichment activities into the day (e.g., bubbles, agility).
• Provide clear, professional updates to clients.
• Maintain a clean and safe play environment.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional dog daycare experience within the past 3 years (2022–2025) managing off-leash groups solo.
• Proven ability to assemble balanced groups and adjust placements based on behavior.
• Strong understanding of dog body language and behavior management.
• Reliability and punctuality — the team depends on you.
• Physically able to be on your feet 6–8 hours/day and handle dogs up to 100 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and drive to the facility reliably.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
