Dog Groomer - Fast Hire

Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Arlington is looking for Professional, Friendly, & Motivated Pet Groomers with previous grooming experience to join our pack! Ideal candidate will have great compassion for animals, outstanding customer service and attention to detail, and the stamina to groom several dogs per day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Maximize sales and provide a consistent customer experience
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs
• Develop exceptional relationships with current and prospective clients
• Report and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Create and maintain personal clientele info with regular communication and customer follow-up
• Actively participate in merchandising standards
• Assist staff in driving store initiatives
• Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional and personal appearance
• Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 or more years of experience grooming dogs is ideal

Computer Skills:

• POS system knowledge
• Basic computer knowledge
