Pay & structure:

• Commission + 100% tips
• Guaranteed base pay so slower weeks still work financially
• Established client base (15+ years in business)
• Additional 5% commission if you bring your own clients

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional grooming experience (2+ preferred)
• Able to complete full grooms independently
• Comfortable grooming large and giant dogs (60–150 lbs)
• Consistent work history (12+ months with one employer)
• Must be within ~30 minutes of 6628 Evergreen Way at 8:00 AM
