What this job offers for Apprentice Trainers:
$17 per hour to start. Based solely upon work performance and results. Results are based upon many factors including personal work ethic and the ability to remain focused on your dog at all times. Each dog has certain behavior milestones that they need to reach and those will be tested by the leadership team
You have the ability to grow within the company and make up to $35 an hour as you step into a lead trainer position or any other leadership roles.

Health care reimbursement. Keep the plan you want or go with one that works best for you. We will give you up to $300 per month to pay for the plan of your choice once you have been here for 6 months.

MASTER TRAINER
If you have mastered training, are a great communicator, have set yourself apart from the rest of the group by being a quick learner, understand the most complicated training techniques, and become someone we can rely on, we may offer you a position as a Private Lesson Trainer. This position is only offered to the BEST. This is where you will be working directly with dog owners and teaching them how to train their dogs through private lessons. These private lessons are at public places (not at our facility).
This position pays $30-35 per hour plus tips and bonuses. This position is not guaranteed and will be solely at the discretion or the owner if you have what it takes. You will be mentoring our new trainers, and you will also be given the most difficult dogs that require an experienced trainer with a high level of expertise.
A Master Trainer is offered the following on top of what was mentioned above.
-$30-$35 per hour.
-Paid time off. 1 week PTO after 12 months, 2 weeks PTO after 24 months, and 4 weeks PTO after 60 months.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Positive Learning Attitude, always open for feedback.
- You must be able to commit to working 40 hours per week, being flexible, willing, and able to work over 40 hours per week when necessary.
- It is crucial that you have great time management. We will not tolerate tardiness and you will be let go if you cannot show up to work on time.
