At Four-Legged Fun Zone, we’re building something special—and we’re looking for a leader who wants to grow with us. This role starts as 80% hands-on dog wrangling and 20% leadership, but it's designed to evolve into a full Facility Manager position as our daycare scales.

You’ll help shape daily operations, support and train new team members, and take an active role in helping our business grow.

Team members who bring in new clients—through referrals, playgroup promotions, or community outreach—are eligible for client growth bonuses, with the potential to earn up to $30/hr.

We don’t micromanage—we collaborate.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role starts as 80% dog wrangling, 20% leadership—but if you’re the right fit, it grows fast. You’ll:

• Lead structured playgroups, supervise shift staff, and keep dogs safe, happy, and enriched
• Mentor new wranglers and help build a strong, accountable team
• Monitor group dynamics and support evaluation decisions
• Keep the facility clean, safe, and compliant with protocols
• Communicate with clients—intake, updates, and behavior notes
• Help bring in new clients—bonuses are tied to referrals, playgroup participation, and community engagement
• Act as a bridge between staff and ownership as we scale

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role at a professional dog daycare
• Proven experience managing off-leash playgroups of 8+ dogs
• Confidence mentoring others and enforcing safety protocols
• Organized and proactive with strong communication skills
• Comfortable using software like Gingr and Google Drive
• A long-term mindset—you want to help build something, not bounce to the next gig

Set Schedule Options (choose one):

• 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (4 days/week)
• 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (5 days/week)
• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (5 days/week)
