This role deeply understands automotive industry workflows and reimagines them as AI-native and agentic workflows, translating customer reality into scalable product requirements and executive-level transformation narratives.\n\nAutomotive Domain \u0026 Industry Expertise\n\n\u00b7 Deep expertise in automotive OEM and Tier-1 workflows spanning product engineering, manufacturing, quality, engineering change, and aftersales.\n\n\u00b7 Strong knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, IATF 16949, and PPAP/APQP.\n\n\u00b7 Familiarity with automotive enterprise systems including PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill), MES, ERP (SAP), ALM, and engineering toolchains.\n\nAI, Agentic AI \u0026 Workflow Reimagination\n\n\u00b7 Reimagine traditional automotive workflows using AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, LLMs, and Vision-Language Action Models (VLAMs).\n\n\u00b7 Design future-state autonomous and semi-autonomous workflows with clear human-in-the-loop guardrails.\n\n\u00b7 Identify high-value opportunities where agentic systems can plan, reason, decide, and act across automotive processes.\n\nWorkflow Visualization \u0026 Architecture\n\n\u00b7 Create visual representations of current-state, AI-assisted, and fully agentic workflows.\n\n\u00b7 Develop executive-ready architecture diagrams and process views bridging business and technical audiences.\n\nProduct Requirements \u0026 Customer Translation\n\n\u00b7 Translate customer-specific automotive requirements into structured, actionable inputs for AI-native product development teams.\n\n\u00b7 Guide product roadmaps by defining agent behavior, orchestration logic, data needs, and compliance considerations.\n\nResearch, Executive Engagement \u0026 Deal Support\n\n\u00b7 Conduct deep research on automotive trends, competitors, customer maturity, and transformation opportunities.\n\n\u00b7 Author executive-level POVs, vision decks, and opportunity assessments.\n\n\u00b7 Engage confidently with CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, and senior engineering leadership.\n\n\u00b7 Support proposal development, deal solutioning, and effort/value estimation.\n\n\u00b7 Ability to conduct deep domain specific discovery session during presales and delivery.\n\nBasic Qualifications\n\n\u00b7 10+ years of experience in automotive OEM, Tier-1, consulting, or automotive digital transformation roles.\n\n\u00b7 Strong understanding of automotive product development and manufacturing lifecycles.\n\n\u00b7 Hands-on experience working with or designing solutions using AI/ML, analytics, or automation technologies.\n\n\u00b7 Demonstrated ability to translate domain expertise into product-level requirements.\n\n\u00b7 Executive presence with strong communication, storytelling, and visualization skills.\n\n\u00b7 Experience supporting proposals, RFPs, deal solutioning, and commercial estimation.\n\nSuccess Metrics (12\u201318 Month Horizon)\n\n1\\. Enable 3\u20135 reusable automotive agentic workflows adopted across customers or products.\n\n2\\. Influence core product roadmap decisions with validated automotive domain requirements.\n\n3\\. Lead or materially contribute to multiple C-suite engagements resulting in qualified pipeline.\n\n4\\. Support successful deal pursuits with accurate scoping and compelling solution narratives.\n\n5\\. The starting pay range for this remote role is $156,597 - 289,994. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate\u2019s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
