If you're a pro at running a restaurant but haven't stretched pizza dough before — don't sweat it! We're willing to train the right candidate. But here's the deal — you'll be on a probationary period to prove your skills. This business moves fast, and if you can't keep up, we'll have to move on. We're looking for someone who can learn quickly, adapt, and lead with confidence.

What Kind of General Manager We're Looking For :

• At least 2 years of General Manager experience — you've been in the driver's seat before, and you're ready to take on your next challenge.

• A passion for training, developing, and inspiring a team to reach their full potential.

• The ability to juggle cost control, inventory, scheduling, and customer satisfaction — all with a smile on your face.

• A natural leader who sets the example and expects the same from your crew.

• A clean driving record, reliable vehicle with insurance, and the willingness to make deliveries when needed — because sometimes the best way to lead is by example.

What You'll Do:

• Be the leader of everything that happens on your shift — from making the perfect pizza to controlling costs.

• Coach and train your team to deliver top-notch service to every customer.

• Keep the store running smoothly, efficiently, and (most importantly) profitably.

• Build a culture of fun, accountability, and teamwork — because happy employees make the best pizza!

• Step in to deliver pizzas when necessary to keep our customers happy and orders on time.
