Donation Processor - Evening Shift

Purpose:  Responsible to prepare donations to be sold in the stores

Schedule:  Full-Time or Part-Time / Monday through Friday

Shifts available 11:30 am to 8:00 pm or 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

Qualifications:

• Ability to make decisions quickly


• Ability to work quickly at repetitive tasks


• Attention to detail

Working Conditions/Physical Factors: Occasionally= 1-33% Frequently= 34-66% Continuously= 67%-100%

• Lifting (under 25lbs) –Frequently


• Lifting (over 25lbs)- Occasionally


• Reaching/Grabbing-Continuously


• Standing- Continuously


• Pushing/Pulling- Occasionally


• Use of Pallet Jack- Occasionally


• Exposure to various allergens- Frequently


• Access to workspace- parking located 1 block away: 2 flights of stairs

Duties:

1.  Separate salable items from non-salable items according to specific department policy and procedure. 

2.  Process salable items and prepare them for shipment to the stores according to specific department policy and procedure.

3.  Assist in keeping working area safe, clean, and organized.  

4.  Be part of staff meetings and team building.

5.  Other duties as assigned.
