WHO WILL LOVE THIS JOB

YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will facilitate the full-cycle of donation processing, including ensuring gifts are processed timely and accurately.
• You will provide excellent customer service and stewardship to donors reaching out to our donor hotline.
• You will partner with other departments to provide effective stewardship with donors and to ensure that financial controls are being followed.
• You will assist with the month-end and year-end processes and other reporting requirements as needed.
• You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.

Requirements

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• You have a high School Diploma or GED.
• A proficiency in Excel is required and experience with other Microsoft products is preferred.
• Previous experience in cash handling and/or financial transactions is strongly preferred.
• You have excellent customer service skills.
• You have a proactive attitude, taking initiative, thinking critically, and problem solving.
• You have the ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues across the Mission.
• You have a solid and credible Christian witness and lifestyle that exemplifies Christ in character and actions.
