Donut Decorator / Barista / Cashier

Join a fun, upbeat team and help make made-to-order donuts, craft drinks, and give guests a great experience. You’ll be a visible part of the shop — smiling at guests, decorating donuts, working the register, and helping keep the shop clean and running. 

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders, operate POS accurately, and process payments. 

• Make and decorate donuts to Duck Donuts standards — create visually appealing orders quickly and consistently. 

• Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, espresso, etc.) according to recipes. 

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep and guest areas; follow health & safety guidelines. 

• Support teammates during busy times and help keep production moving.

• Friendly, team-player attitude and reliable availability for mornings, evenings, and weekends. 

• Previous food service, barista, or customer service experience helpful but not required — we’ll train. 

• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to standard safe weights for food service.

• Flexible scheduling (great for students / parents).

• Potential raise after 90 days for high performers.
