Door and Window Installer

We are seeking an experienced door and window installer to join our team. Looking for someone with quality work experience in new construction in vinyl windows and doors.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with Star customers in a professional manner
• Load materials from our warehouse
• Install windows & doors per code and our manufacture specifications
• Accurately measure and cut materials for precise fit
• Ensure proper sealing and insulation for energy efficiency.
• Make necessary adjustments to ensure smooth operation of all installed products.
• Maintain and manage tools and equipment to ensure top performance.
• Follow all safety protocols and job site procedures.
• Provide professional and positive customer service.
• Perform warranty inspections and repairs for building materials, including doors, windows, trim, and other installed products.

-Assess and identify necessary resources, parts, and materials to complete repairs efficiently.

-Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

-Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and follow-up actions.

-Manage multiple warranty projects while ensuring quality and efficiency.

• Experience in construction, carpentry, or installation of building materials (doors, windows, trim, or similar products).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve warranty issues effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Professional demeanor and ability to work in residential and commercial settings.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft programs and mobile communication tools.
• A valid and unrestricted driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
