Door Assembly / Production - General Warehouse

Shuster's is a wholesale interior and exterior door manufacturer that has been serving the building supply industry for over 70 years. Job Summary:

To help and physically assist in production and the shipping / handling departments as needed. Main duties include but not limited to are:

• working in the production department assisting in the manufacturing of door units


• palletizing product and shipping preparation


• loading trucks


• unloading trucks


• pulling shelf items for orders

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift interior and exterior door unit's up to 100# consistently throughout a work shift


• Must be able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging at times from 0° - 100°


• Must be able to be on your feet throughout the work shift of 8-10 hours


• Must be able to work overtime (approximately 10 or more additional hours per week)

  • An industry standard hourly wage structure is supplemented with a monthly bonus structure that is based on monthly profitability.
