Door Shop Coordinator

Description

Tibbetts Lumber Co. LLC, a growing Lumber and Building Materials company located in Florida seeks a full-time experienced Door Shop Coordinator. This candidate, under direct supervision, will represent our company by providing customer service support for our Millwork department. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties include:

• Follow up on installations to ensure workmanship and quality are up to customer's expectations
• Provide field technical support to both our customers and Sales Reps.
• Loading and unloading of window and door products as needed.
• Assist Outside Sales Reps on customers calls to become familiar with effective customer service techniques
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Job Requirements include:

• General Window and Door Product knowledge including Product Standards & Codes knowledge
• 2 years of experience in the Window and Door Industry required
• 2 years Window and Door installation experience is a plus
• Must be able to lift doors and windows up to 75 pounds when needed.
• Must be able to meet driving standards to deliver windows and doors in company box truck.
• Moffett experience preferred.
