Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. In this role, you will drive business growth by engaging with new clients through outside sales efforts and delivering exceptional customer service. Your passion for business development and sales management will help us strengthen our market presence while building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales efficiently while maintaining profitability


• Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods

• Present and sell pest control service plans to homeowners


• Clearly and honestly communicate product and service details


• Build rapport and trust with potential customers


• Track sales and maintain communication with leadership


• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times


• Obtain and maintain required permits (we assist with this process)


• clean background required

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work


• Willingness to work long hours outdoors


• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required


• Training is provided before and during the season


• Coachable and willing to learn


• Strong communication skills


• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Comprehensive training provided before the season begins


• Ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout the summer


• Team-oriented environment with leadership support
