Door to Door Salesperson - Get Hired Fast

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients in residential areas through door-to-door sales.
• Introduce and sell our unique and competitively priced window covering products to homeowners.
• Travel within an assigned local territory to meet with prospective customers.
• Conduct professional, friendly, and engaging product demonstrations.
• Overcome sales challenges and adapt to a dynamic and sometimes repetitive work environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $2,500 per month, contingent upon achieving a minimum of $10,000 in sales. To put this into perspective, the average house sale for our products is around $10,000.
• Commission: Earn commissions on all sales, with the percentage increasing based on sales volume.
• Additional Incentives: High achievers are rewarded with all-expense-paid trips, vacations, fancy dinners, premium electronic devices, and a company-paid Tesla or another car of your choice.
• Unlimited Earning Potential: The more you sell, the more you earn—there is no ceiling on potential earnings.

Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience is necessary; in-depth in-house training will be provided.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Work Environment:

• Offers the flexibility for full-time or part-time remote work.
• Involves local travel within your designated territory.
