We will hire an empire-builder that recruits, trains, motivates and retains sales teams. This individual will recruit a team of no fewer than 50 hungry sales reps. These sales reps will put on QUALITY accounts that stick. Customer retention is key to both sales team and company success so no cheap accounts wanted.
