We are looking for a confident, motivated sales professional to join our home security sales team, representing ADT—the nation’s oldest and one of its most recognized home security companies. You will speak directly with homeowners, identify their security needs, explain available ADT alarm and smart-home solutions, and close new accounts. 

Responsibilities 

• 
  

  Visit homeowners door-to-door within assigned neighborhoods 

  
  


• 
  

  Build rapport and identify each customer’s home security needs 

  
  


• 
  

  Clearly explain ADT alarm systems, monitoring services, and available packages 

  
  


• 
  

  Generate leads, conduct sales presentations, and close accounts 

  
  


• 
  

  Represent our company and the ADT name professionally and respectfully 

  
  


• 
  

  Meet individual and team sales goals 

  
  

Qualifications 

• 
  

  Previous sales experience is required 

  
  


• 
  

  Door-to-door sales experience is strongly preferred 

  
  


• 
  

  Home security or alarm sales experience is a major bonus 

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and people skills 

  
  


• 
  

  Confident, outgoing, and comfortable approaching homeowners 

  
  


• 
  

  Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  Able to handle rejection and remain positive
