Job Description - Door-to-Door Team Lead






























Summary


The Customer Acquisition Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing door-to-door appointment-setting campaigns to drive sales opportunities and achieve organizational goals for their assigned area. This role involves managing a team of appointment setters, implementing strategies, and ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency in the field.

Minimum Qualifications



  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred


·         Strong leadership and team management abilities to guide and motivate a team of appointment setters.


·         Excellent communication skills to convey product or service information clearly and train appointment setters effectively.


·         Ability to plan and organize appointment-setting activities, set priorities, and meet targets.


·         Exhibit quick problem-solving skills to address challenges encountered during appointment-setting activities.

·         Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or a related field is often preferred.


·         High ethical standards and a commitment to conducting appointment-setting activities with integrity and professionalism.

Supervisory Responsibilities


Customer Acquisition Specialist



Essential Functions


·         Develop and implement strategies for door-to-door appointment setting to achieve campaign goals and increase sales opportunities by cutting maps for each member of your team.


·         Recruit, train, and manage a team of appointment setters for effective execution of the door-to-door campaign.


·         Foster a positive and motivated work environment to maximize team productivity.


·         Set clear targets and goals for the appointment-setting team in terms of scheduled appointments, leads generated, and conversion rates.


·         The minimum monthly requirement for demos per month is 12 per canvasser


·         Provide comprehensive training to appointment setters on effective communication, product or service knowledge, due diligence, and appointment-setting techniques.


·         Conduct ongoing coaching and skill development sessions for continuous improvement.


·         Oversee day-today appointment-setting activities in the field, ensuring adherence to campaign guidelines and maintaining a positive customer experience.


·         Conduct regular field visits to assess team performance and provide constructive feedback.


·         Implement systems for tracking and managing data related to scheduled appointments, customer responses, and overall campaign progress.


·         Utilize data analysis to optimize strategies and improve campaign efficiency.


·         Work closely with the other team leads to align strategy across department.


·         Communicate effectively with Marketing team about appointment-setting efforts with broader business strategies.


·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and improve campaign outcomes.


·         Generate regular reports on appointment-setting performance, outcomes, and challenges, and provide updates to campaign management.


·         Provide detailed updates to campaign management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.


·         Monitor the quality of interactions to ensure professionalism and accuracy in appointment scheduling.


·         Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with campaign messaging and organizational values.


·         Other job duties as assigned

  • Walking and Standing: Extensive walking and standing for long periods while canvassing neighborhoods.

  • Carrying Materials: Carrying promotional materials, brochures, and possibly small display items.

  • Door Knocking: Repeatedly knocking on doors, which can involve reaching and arm movements.

  • Speaking and Listening: Clear and effective verbal communication with potential customers.

  • TravelDriving to different locations, which may require prolonged periods of sitting.
