Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced DOT Manager to oversee and ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transportation operations, maintaining safety standards, and implementing policies that promote efficient and effective transportation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures in compliance with DOT regulations.

- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

- Providing training and support as needed.

- Conduct regular audits and inspections of transportation operations.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize transportation processes.

- Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to transportation activities.

- Stay updated on changes in DOT regulations and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in transportation management or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in transportation management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
