Downstream Manufacturing Scientist

Downstream Manufacturing Scientist (Piscataway, NJ): Perform downstream process at multiple scales in a cGMP environment, column packing, process troubleshooting and data analysis; provide technical direction in the execution and development of the purification process; use programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on- line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment as well as prepares / reviews all quality management related documents (Deviation / Change control/investigation reports etc.). Base Salary: $95,000 per year. 

Req’s Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent degree) in Molecular and Cell Biology or a related field, with knowledge of at least 5 skills from the following list: process development, cGMP Manufacturing MSAT, Bacterial & Mammalian Cell Culture, Depth Filtration, Quality Management Systems, Downstream Purification & Analytical Chromatography.
