We’re looking to add a prep cook to our crew. Prior culinary experience is a plus! Pay starts at $18.25 per hour, which includes a tip share; we will pay more for an experienced candidate. This position is responsible for preparing the various recipes for service in savory kitchen (salads, dressings, fillings, compound butters, prepping vegetables, fruits and meats) and also prepares items for our grab and go cooler (pot pies, pizza sauces, soups). Cross-training on cold station in the department is to be expected within 2 months of starting.
This position requires shifts that begin between 5-7AM. At least one weekend shift per week is required for full-time employment. This is a full-time position with 40 scheduled hours/5 shifts per week.

This position requires constant standing and frequent walking and bending, and the ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance. Basic math skills are required.
