Drafter (Precast Division)

A leading manufacturer and supplier of concrete construction products is seeking a Drafter to join the Precast Division in Astatula, FL. This role supports the creation of high-quality design and production drawings that contribute to the delivery of reliable products for growing communities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and production drawings, details, sketches, and routine layouts
• Use computer-aided estimate programs to assist in preparing quotations and finalizing drawings
• Coordinate, review, and approve shop drawings with customers
• Distribute shop drawings to production

• Associate’s degree in design/drafting or two years of design/drafting experience
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (3–5+ years modeling) and AutoCAD
• Ability to work proactively and manage multiple tasks
• Effective collaboration and communication skills
• General knowledge of building construction
• Precast experience preferred but not required
