We are currently hiring an experienced Drain Technician to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. We offer hourly or commission pay structures plus other pay incentives. Hourly pay offers are based on experience and certifications/licenses.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Inspect, clean, and clear clogged or blocked drains using various tools and equipment (e.g., augers, hydro-jetting, or snaking equipment)
Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to keep drainage systems clear and functioning
Ensure all work is done in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety standards
Conduct thorough inspections of drain systems, including visual assessments and camera inspections, to diagnose issues
Identify potential problems such as cracks, leaks, or root intrusion, and recommend appropriate solutions
Respond to emergency drain calls, including blockages, backups, and flooding, providing immediate service and troubleshooting
Use specialized equipment to resolve urgent issues quickly and effectively
Communicate clearly with clients to explain drain issues, solutions, and estimated costs
Operate and maintain drain cleaning equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition
Follow safety protocols when handling and operating equipment to prevent accidents or injuries
Document the work performed, including the diagnosis, solutions, and any parts or materials used
Requirements
Drain cleaning experience (3+ years)
Jetting experience a plus
Good character and ability to work with a team and our customer
