• Diagnose and Clear Blockages: Efficiently clear clogged drain and sewer lines using tools like electric snakes, high-velocity water jetters, and sewer cameras.

• Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Communicate clearly with customers, providing solutions and peace of mind with every job.

• Perform Preventative Maintenance: Help customers avoid future issues by conducting thorough maintenance and inspections.

• Maintain Equipment: Ensure tools and vehicles are in top condition for reliable service.

What You Bring

• Experience: Proven experience as a Drain Technician, including hands-on work with electric snakes, high-velocity water jetters, and sewer camera inspections.

• Physical Ability: Capability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs comfortably.

• Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Customer Focus: A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex drainage issues efficiently.
