George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical is looking for motivated team members who want to learn the plumbing and drain trade from the ground up. This position is the first step toward becoming a residential Service Technician.

As a Drain/Plumbing Installer, you'll work alongside experienced technicians, assisting with installations, learning our systems, developing technical skills, and gaining the hands-on experience needed to advance into a technician role.

What You'll Do

• Assist technicians with plumbing and drain installations


• Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials


• Learn proper installation procedures and industry best practices


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site


• Communicate professionally with teammates and homeowners


• Complete work according to company standards and safety guidelines


• Learn and follow the George Brazil Way and Nexstar service processes


• Grow your knowledge every day through coaching and hands-on training

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn


• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance


• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions


• Mechanical aptitude is a plus—but we'll teach the right person


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record


• Team-first mindset


• Desire to build a long-term career in the skilled trades
